Blowing Rock Real Estate
The Town of Blowing Rock NC has a permanent year-round
population of approximately 1,425 and is situated along US
Highways 321 and 221, and the Blue Ridge Parkway.
Blowing Rock, NC known as "the Crown of the Blue Ridge", is a
very special place to live, work, and play. We are the only
full service community on the Blue Ridge Parkway and are
centrally located to many High Country attractions.
Blowing Rock, North Carolina is the place to escape from it
all. Cooler temperatures, exquisite landscapes, a storybook
village, shopping, hiking, skiing, arts, festivals,
attractions and so much more. Come any season and bring your
special someone or your whole family to Blowing Rock NC. It's an easy drive now
that Hwy. 321 and Hwy. 421 have been widened to four lanes.
The Blowing Rock Community Arts Center (BRCAC), a
25,500 square foot facility, will benefit the entire
community by providing a permanent home for a multitude of
arts groups in a facility in which to host live theatre,
dance groups, a variety of musical performances, visual arts
displays, and children's theater workshops. In addition, it
will offer a gathering place for civic and cultural
activities as well as a resource for local commercial
interests.
